Meet our Truffles and Pralines
We have hand crafted two very specific lines of Truffles and Pralines -- “Classic” Truffles and Pralines and our new “Timeless” Truffles.
Classic Truffles
The center of a truffle is always a blend of fresh cream and chocolate. This blend is called “Ganache”. Filled into a hollow chocolate shell and then enrobed with yet more chocolate. Truffles will keep approximately three (3) months if stored in a refrigerator (40-60 degrees); approximately four (4) weeks at room temperature (70-75 degrees). Truffles taste best when served at room temperature.
Dark Chocolate Truffle
When shopping for chocolates, this semi-sweet delight must be included. It is a delicate blend of sweet and semi-sweet chocolate filling encased in a dark chocolate truffle. For your added enjoyment, this truffle is then enrobed with a dark chocolate and hand-rolled, which produces our European style truffle-spikes. Eat just one of these, and it becomes a precursor to yet another. Back to top
Milk Chocolate Truffle
This truffle is a chocolate lover’s delight. Sweet milk cream filling made from real cream is nestled inside a chocolate truffle. The truffle is then enrobed in milk chocolate and hand-rolled, which produces our European style truffle-spikes. Eating this truffle is like having your chocolate candy and glass of milk all in one bite! Back to top
White Chocolate Truffle
Creamy, white chocolate filling inside a white chocolate truffle creates this scrumptious tone-on-tone experience with your first taste! The truffle is then enrobed in white chocolate and hand-rolled, which produces our European style truffle-spikes. Champagne Chocolate Truffle
Elegant vanilla cream with real champagne atop another serving of chocolate cream, inside a chocolate truffle. The truffle is then enrobed in chocolate and sprinkled with a special blend of snowy white sugar-dust. Grand Orange Chocolate Truffle
Creamy chocolate filling with just a spike of our Grand Orange beverage for flavor will no doubt give you that special, “just went to a four-star resort” feeling! For your added enjoyment, we put this filling inside an all chocolate truffle, enrobed in milk chocolate and hand-rolled. Hazelnut Chocolate Truffle
Add a little extra excitement to your pallet by biting into this crunchy sensation. Enjoy this mixture of hazelnut and chocolate cream filling inside a milk chocolate truffle, which is then enrobed in chocolate and hand-rolled in real, ground hazelnuts. Classic Pralines
We use a special almond/hazelnut based chocolate filling (gianduja) in addition to our fruit-based and coffee pralines. Each filling is surrounded with a Dark, White or Milk Molded Chocolate. Pralines will keep approximately four (4) months if stored in a refrigerator (40-78 degrees); approximately four (4) weeks at room temperature (70-75 degrees). Pralines taste best when served at room temperature.
Raspberry Praline
A dark chocolate outer shell dissolves to a creamy center that is teased with a whisper of raspberry. You will keep this praline as your best little secret in town! Back to top
Cappuccino Praline

Orange Blossom Praline
