Shells Packing and Durability
We have developed a safe shipping and easy-to-use packing system that has set industry standards. Each chocolate shell rests in its own individual form. There are twelve (12) shells per shipping tray, two shipping trays fit a sheet pan perfectly. For volume filling shells may be left in the shipping trays during filling. Each shipping tray cradles the next tray for a safe and secure environment, preventing breakage. The shells should be kept in a cool room or refrigerator protected from any sudden temperature changes.
